estate planning package

Comprehensive Estate Planning

We offer a full-service Estate Plan Package that is certain to meet all of your needs.

Each package will include five key documents that ensure your affairs are in order:

Will

A will outlines the desired distribution of your estate, payment of debts and other charges, the appointment of fiduciaries and powers, and a self-proving affidavit.

Trust

The trust outlines trust administration, trustee provisions, trustee powers, payment of death taxes, distribution on the settlor's death, trust during the settlor's life,  and important beneficiary information.

Power of Attorney

The power of attorney is provided with full power to act in your name and on your behalf, manage all affairs, handle your investments, negotiate and execute leases, and exercise your rights on your behalf.

Advanced Medical Directive

The advance medical directive declares your instructions if you are no longer of sound mind and able to decide your future and absolves anyone from responsibility for your death if this directive is carried out.

Healthcare Agent Appointment

The appointment of a healthcare agent outlines the designated party responsible for health care decisions if you are incapable of providing informed consent to medical treatment and outlines the agent's authority, obligations, and when that becomes effective.
